The Board of Directors meets monthly, usually on the second Saturday. Nominated by the Nominating Committee, and elected by the membership for three-year terms, the nine-member Board is responsible for general governance of SCA. This includes electing its officers, appointing committee chairs, supervising the work of SCA employees, and presenting an annual budget to the members. Meetings of the Board are open to all members.
